Staying in the Ocean Tower was very convenient and central to everything on the resort. The rooms facing the pool and rest of the hotel grounds looked a bit worn out and dreary, giving off a dated vibe. Despite this, the great location with lots of attractions nearby and a beautiful beach made up for it.
Despite the subpar rooms with dated decor and basic amenities, the exceptionally friendly and helpful service stands out. The location is superb, surrounded by restaurants and shops, but the absence of nightly dining options is disappointing. Overall, the hotel is a mix of highs and lows.
My stay was a bit of a mixed bag at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were set to a certain temperature, which was not ideal, and each guest was given a different number to pay that others, making the pricing confusing. On the bright side, my room in the Sea Tower was directly below the pool area and had a nice view of the ocean/beach.
